We supply a wide range and mix of meats to suit your
requirements. Amongst our most popular offerings are
hog roasts, lamb roasts, and carveries. The carvery
normally consists of a mix of platters of beef, pork, and
turkey; quantities will be sized to the number of guests.
We also supply rolls, salads and sauces.
Typically we will pre-roast the meat at our farm, then
arrive at your venue ¾ of an hour before the food is to
be served to your guests. Two staff will prepare and serve
the food, under a canopy that we will bring. Note that we
do not supply any seating or cover for guests.
